These terms govern your use of the Drink Inc website at drink-products.com. By using the site, you agree to them. We try to keep this brief and clear.
1. Use of the site
You may use this site for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. Don't do anything that:
- Violates the rights of Drink Inc or anyone else.
- Tries to disrupt the site, scrape it at high volume, or break its security.
- Misrepresents Drink Inc or our products.
We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or restrict access if these terms are violated.
2. Health disclaimer
Drink Inc products are dietary supplements, not medications. The information on this site, including product pages and articles, is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
These statements have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Individual results vary. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or managing a medical condition.
Nothing on this site creates a doctor-patient relationship. If you need medical care, see a licensed professional.
3. Products and purchases
Drink Inc does not sell directly through this website. All retail purchases happen on Amazon, which has its own terms, return policy, and customer service.
Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to products purchased on Amazon and is honored through standard Amazon return procedures. For bulk orders or retail partnerships placed directly with Drink Inc, separate written agreements apply.
4. Amazon affiliate disclosure
This website contains affiliate links to Amazon. If you click one of those links and make a qualifying purchase, Drink Inc may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
This relationship does not influence our editorial decisions. We recommend our own products on this site because they are ours. When we mention third-party herbs or sources in articles, we cite them on their merits, not on commercial relationships.
5. Content and intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, photographs, logos, and product names like "Klara Boost" and "Klara Tea," is the property of Drink Inc or licensed to us. You may share and link to our articles freely. You may not republish full articles, repurpose our designs, or use our brand assets without written permission.
To request permission for a quote, image, or republication, email info@drink-products.com.
6. User submissions
If you submit a review, testimonial, comment, or other content to us, you grant Drink Inc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You also confirm that the content is yours to share and does not violate anyone else's rights.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Drink Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to this site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
8. External links
Articles on this site link to third-party sources like medical journals, the NIH, Mount Sinai, and Memorial Sloan Kettering. We provide these for context and verification. We are not responsible for the content of external sites and do not endorse everything they publish.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Drink Inc is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in courts located in that state.
